TCBN is a Black-led organization with a majority of our Board and staff representing the cross-section of identities that CBAs are intended to benefit: Black, Indigenous and racialized peoples, including women, youth and newcomers.

Facilitators of NexGen Builders Mentoring Program are experienced professionals from a cross-section of disciplines. They are deeply grounded in the concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion and reconciliation.

To facilitate implementation of the CBA Program, TCBN coordinate with pre-apprenticeship delivery partners to deliver Career Exploration, Career Readiness Training and Coaching, Occupational Mentoring and Employment Services and Supports.
